By participating in a game of chance, the player accepts the current game rules and acknowledges the risk of financial loss and waives legal recourse against Euro Tiercé in this regard. For any questions about the game rules, the player can always contact customer service.

Euro Tiercé reserves the right to retroactively correct any erroneous game results and the resulting winnings. Monetary winnings will be credited to the winner's Player Account. No legal recourse is possible.
4.4.10 Only Services that have been played and won in accordance with the applicable rules of the respective game are considered won games. In addition, the player's device must have a functional connection to the game server throughout the game. In the event that a player loses connection during a game, a computer with average player skills completes the game for the player. The player has the opportunity to participate in the ongoing game again. If the game is won by the computer or by the returning player, the winnings will be awarded to the player. Otherwise, the game will be considered lost for the player participating again in the game.
4.4.11 Euro Tiercé reserves the right to retroactively correct or cancel results if the result of the Service was caused by a technical error, fraudulent behavior by a player, or a false bet. If such a correction results in a negative balance on the Player Account, the player will credit the equivalent amount to the Player Account.

5.1.1 The payment methods offered by Eurotiercé are as follows:

5.1.3 Banks and financial institutions may charge fees for incoming and outgoing payments. These fees are the responsibility of the Player. It is the Player's responsibility to check the terms and conditions of third parties in this regard.
5.1.4 For any transaction to or from the Player Account, the following data is recorded for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing purposes: the identity of the Player whose Player Account is debited or credited, the date and time of the transaction, the amount debited or credited during the transaction, the nature of the transaction, the nature of the payment instrument used for the transaction, the account number or any other unique identifier of the payment account debited or credited during the transaction, the account number or any other unique identifier of the payment instrument used for the transaction.
5.1.5 Payment transactions take place exclusively between Euro Tiercé and the Player. It is not permitted for payment transactions to take place between the accounts of Players of different Players.
5.1.6 The Player acknowledges that a Player Account is not a bank account and therefore cannot be used as such. Funds on the gaming account do not generate any interest.
5.1.7 The Player declares and warrants to Euro Tiercé that the funds used for playing on the website do not come from illegal sources, and the Player does not use the Services offered by Euro Tiercé to transfer funds or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities or prohibited transactions (including, but not limited to, money laundering), in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to the Player.
5.1.8 The Player can only make a withdrawal after the corresponding Player Account has been fully validated by Euro Tiercé. The Player must provide a copy of their valid ID card and proof of ownership of the registered bank account for withdrawals.
5.2.1 Payments to Euro Tiercé can only be made using the payment methods available in the player's account space on the website.
5.2.2 Payments by the Player to Euro Tiercé must be made exclusively using payment methods registered in the Player's name.
5.2.3 When Euro Tiercé suspects that a Player has not reached the age of 18 (horse racing and sports bets) and 21 (dice games), all amounts wagered will be refunded immediately. Furthermore, all winnings acquired by the Player will be frozen until the Player provides irrefutable proof that they have reached the minimum age to play.
5.2.4 Upon registration, a standard deposit limit of 200 euros per week is set. This limit can be adjusted under certain conditions. If this limit is increased, the change will take effect after three days. A reduction in this limit takes effect immediately.
5.2.5 The Player declares that payments to Euro Tiercé are exclusively used for participation in the Services.
5.3.1 Euro Tiercé has the right to set outgoing payment limits for different payment methods.
5.3.2 Payments to the Player by Euro Tiercé can only be made to a bank account number registered in the Player's name.
5.3.3 All outgoing payments are made by bank transfer and are subject to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing checks, which may occasionally result in delays. In such cases, our Customer Service may contact the Player, for example, for additional data verification.
5.3.4 Euro Tiercé will not make payments to the Player's bank account until all verifications have been completed. If the Player places money in the Player Account, it must be wagered at least 1x before it can be withdrawn. These transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing.
5.3.5 The Player cannot request payment during an ongoing dice game.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering
5.4.1 In accordance with the provisions of the Monetary and Financial Code relating to anti-money laundering, Euro Tiercé may be required by legal provisions to conduct an enhanced examination of transactions, including inquiries to the account holder about the source of funds prior to recording bets or settlement of winnings.
5.4.2 Euro Tiercé reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of a Player Account, financial transactions, or payment of winnings while awaiting the information referred to in the above paragraph.
5.4.3 Euro Tiercé may retain the details of winners as well as the amount of money they have won. This information may be disclosed under the conditions and to the authorities and/or services specified in the Monetary and Financial Code.
Article 6 – Duration and Termination
These General Terms and Conditions are valid for an indefinite period until the termination of the Player Account in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
6.2.1 The Player can close the Account at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The account is officially closed when a Player receives confirmation that the account has been closed, and thus, the business relationship between the Player and Euro Tiercé has ended. Any remaining funds in the Player Account will be transferred to the Player's registered bank account if there is no reason why this transaction cannot be processed. These reasons may include, but are not limited to: unverified identity, unverified payment account, enhanced customer review, etc.
6.2.2 Euro Tiercé reserves the right to suspend a Player Account, close it, or interrupt any ongoing Service in the event of a Player's violation of these General Terms and Conditions, applicable related laws, without notice or compensation.
6.2.3 In the event that a Player's account is suspended or closed, Euro Tiercé reserves the right to inform all competent authorities, including judicial authorities, electronic payment system providers, or any other financial institution, of any illegal or suspicious activity involving the Player.
6.2.4 In the event that a Player's account is suspended or closed, Euro Tiercé reserves the right to suspend or cancel all transactions, bets, wagers, or payments to or from the Player's account.
6.2.5 In the event that a Player's account is suspended or closed, Euro Tiercé reserves the right to freeze the Player's assets to prevent the consequences of inappropriate, illegal, suspicious, or confirmed use of the website or the services offered.
6.2.6 In the event that a Player Account is suspended or closed by Euro Tiercé due to a violation of these General Terms and Conditions, related documents, and/or applicable laws, a notification will be sent to the Player by email, to the email address provided by the Player during the registration process.
6.2.7 In the event that the Player's account is suspended or closed, Euro Tiercé reserves the right to initiate appropriate or relevant legal proceedings to terminate an alleged violation by the Player, to seek compensation for damages suffered by Euro Tiercé, or to recover any winnings paid to the Player as a result of the alleged Player violation.
6.2.8 In the event that the Player Account is closed by Euro Tiercé due to a violation of these General Terms and Conditions, related documents, and/or applicable laws, the termination of the Player Account will result in the freezing of the Player's balance, including accumulated gaming winnings, without prejudice to Euro Tiercé's right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings.
6.2.9 In the event that a Player has closed their account themselves, the possibility of reopening the account can only be done seven days after the closure of the Player Account.
6.2.10 Players whose Player Account has been closed due to irresponsible gambling, gambling addiction, or Player fraud do not have the opportunity to register on the website again. Euro Tiercé is not responsible if the Player in question manages to open a new Player Account in any way, nor is it responsible for any direct or indirect consequential damage. Euro Tiercé reserves the right to close this Player Account at any time without notice.

In addition, the Operator reserves the right to close the Player Account in particular in the following cases:
- The Operator believes that the Player has violated one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.

6.4 Closure of the Player Account by the Player
The Player can close the Account at any time by sending an email to email@example.com. The Player will receive email confirmation of the closure of their Player Account.
The closure provided for in Article 6.4 is independent of the request for self-exclusion that can be made to the Gaming Commission and which will have an impact on both gaming/betting and casino halls as well as online sites. It is recommended that the Player fill out the self-exclusion form available on the Gaming Commission's website. Just like the Gaming Commission, EURO TIERCÉ supports and promotes Responsible Gaming. For this reason, we are convinced that self-exclusion should be requested centrally from the Gaming Commission and not just from one operator. Exclusion forms can be found on the Gaming Commission's website www.gamingcommission.be at the top left of the menu displayed by clicking on the "Player Protection" tab, followed by "Access Ban" and clicking on "Ban Form".
Furthermore, each Player has the option to request a break, self-exclude for a period of 24 hours to 6 months via their customer space, or even request permanent self-exclusion from the Site by explicitly requesting it via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Article 7 - Player Responsibilities
7.1 The Player agrees to comply with Belgian laws and/or the laws applicable in their country of residence.

7.3 Due to licensing and compliance restrictions, Euro Tiercé can only accept Players who are residents of Belgium. The Player will not use the Sites while temporarily located in a jurisdiction that prohibits the use of gambling. Euro Tiercé accepts no responsibility in this regard and will not compensate any Player for losses, fines, or other similar penalties or costs incurred as a result of a violation of any legal provision that may apply to the Player. The Player must ensure that they are acting in accordance with all applicable laws and legal provisions applicable to the Player at any given time in any jurisdiction.
7.4 When opening an account via the various Sites, the Player must accept and adhere to these General Terms and Conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of and comply with the General Terms and Conditions. By completing the registration and thus accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the Player and Euro Tiercé enter into a contract for the use of the services provided by Euro Tiercé to the Player via the website in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
7.5 The Player must use their full and correct name on the website and submit all other requested information truthfully. The information provided during the registration process must be maintained as true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date by the Player. The Player undertakes to inform Euro Tiercé within thirty (30) days of any changes affecting the information provided by the Player during the registration process. If it appears that these aforementioned registration conditions are not (or are no longer) met or that the information provided is not (or is no longer) correct, true, complete, and/or up-to-date, Euro Tiercé reserves the right to deny access to its services and terminate the business relationship.
7.6 The Player's Account is personal, and only the account holder has the right to use it. Euro Tiercé is not responsible for a situation in which a third party gains possession of the Player's Account and abuse occurs. The Player must keep their email address, username, password, and other security elements strictly confidential and ensure that they are not disclosed to others. If the Player has doubts about the security of their Player Account in terms of password or other security elements, the Player must immediately inform Euro Tiercé.
7.7 The Player undertakes to register only one account. In the event that Euro Tiercé discovers that a Player has more than one Player account, Euro Tiercé reserves the right to block all of the Player's accounts, including, but not limited to, transactions related to these accounts, until the issue is fully resolved.
7.8 The Player undertakes to indemnify Euro Tiercé for any loss that Euro Tiercé may incur in connection with payments or payment defaults by the Player or improper use/misuse of the Player Account.
7.9 The Player undertakes to refrain from any act or behavior that may harm the reputation of Euro Tiercé, the website, the offered games of chance, other Players, or the proper functioning of the website and the offered games of chance. It is prohibited to use any procedure or method of any kind to modify or attempt to modify the gaming facilities offered in order to alter the results.
7.10 In the event that Euro Tiercé has reasonable suspicion that the Player has modified or attempted to modify the gaming facilities offered, used or attempted to use any procedure or method, Euro Tiercé reserves the right to immediately terminate or block the Player Account and not refund the amount credited to the Player Account. Euro Tiercé may also deny the Player access to the services offered by Euro Tiercé.
7.11 The Player is responsible for the technical configuration of the device on which they are playing.

Article 9 - Complaints
9.1 Complaints must be brought to the attention of Euro Tiercé no later than 14 days after the facts via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, otherwise, the complaints will be deemed inadmissible. - First name and last name
- Email address
- Date of occurrence
- A clear description of the complaint
- Any screenshots and/or other evidence to clarify the complaint if available
9.3 The Player sends the complaint from the email address used for the registration of the Player Account. This way, the correct link with Euro Tiercé's customer administration can be ensured.
9.4 A complaint regarding a previously processed complaint will not be reprocessed. However, if new facts and/or circumstances are presented regarding the previous complaint, Euro Tiercé will process the new complaint.
9.5 The Player acknowledges that Euro Tiercé has no obligation to review or process any complaint that a Player submits to or about another Player. Euro Tiercé will, at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to take action against any person suspected of illegal activity or attempting to violate the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. However, Euro Tiercé has no obligation to verify that Players are using the website, the offered games of chance, or any other service covered by these General Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 10 - Responsible Gaming
10.1 Euro Tiercé strives to provide its Players with entertainment based on a safe gaming environment. However, the Player must understand that gambling can be addictive and be aware of the consequences of gambling addiction for themselves and their family.
10.2 The "Responsible Gaming" section of the website provides access to websites and contact information for organizations that offer help for gambling addiction, instructions for self-exclusion from participating in games of chance offered by Euro Tiercé, and instructions for registering on the list of banned persons (EPIS).
10.3 Euro Tiercé is not responsible if the Player can no longer play due to self-exclusion.
Article 11 - Intellectual Property
11.1 Euro Tiercé is the owner or authorized user or licensee of the website and the intellectual property rights of the content, including all copyrights, patents, registered layouts, trademarks, service marks, source codes, models, illustrations, specifications, logos, product designs, or other rights registered in Belgium or elsewhere related to the content, databases, formats, interfaces, programs, provision of services to other Players, software, or other aforementioned applications, and modifications, improvements, developments, and modifications made to them. The website does not grant the Player any direct or indirect rights regarding intellectual property or confidential information stored on the website's servers.
11.2 Euro Tiercé is granted all exclusive, royalty-free intellectual property rights in any material (such as photographs, questions, comments, text messages, and others) submitted on the website that does not contain any personal data of Euro Tiercé Players. No claim for compensation or remuneration of any kind can be made.
Article 12 - Liability and Limitation
12.1 Euro Tiercé provides its service in a way that ensures good quality but does not guarantee perfection (for example, that the software or website is suitable for the intended use; that there are no errors in the software or website, and that the website and/or games are available uninterrupted; delays or other technical or policy malfunctions affecting the game). However, in case of problems or errors, Euro Tiercé will make reasonable efforts to correct them.
12.2 Euro Tiercé excludes, to the extent permitted by Belgian law, liability for any loss (including direct or indirect loss of profits, economic loss, business interruption, loss of information) and any direct, indirect, consequential, or special loss, including, but not limited to, contract termination, loss of customers, or reputation in connection with the use of the Euro Tiercé service or the lack of availability thereof, even if Euro Tiercé has been informed of the possibility of such losses occurring. In any case, Euro Tiercé's maximum liability to the Player is limited to the Player's average account balance over the last six months.
12.3 Given that we are dealing with games of chance, Euro Tiercé is not responsible for the Player's gambling behavior. The Player is responsible for all their bets and outcomes made with their Player Account.
12.4 Euro Tiercé is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Player by force majeure, power failure, labor dispute, any act or error or negligence of the government or authorities, failure of telecommunications services (including the internet) or networks, or any other delay or malfunction caused by a third party. Euro Tiercé is not responsible for equipment or software malfunctions beyond Euro Tiercé's direct control that may disrupt the use of the services, interfere with bets, or disrupt the Player's access to Euro Tiercé.
12.5 Euro Tiercé reserves the right to interrupt or suspend one or more games or services offered on the website at any time and without notice, without Euro Tiercé having to justify this. Euro Tiercé cannot in any case be held responsible, and Players are not entitled to any compensation of any kind.
12.6 Euro Tiercé will not be responsible if one or more games or services are modified, canceled, or delayed for reasons beyond its control.
12.7 Euro Tiercé is not responsible for the content posted by Players on the website but reserves the right to remove any content that violates the law or the General Terms and Conditions and provide this information to the relevant authorities if necessary.
12.8 Euro Tiercé is not responsible for damages caused by errors in data entry, storage, and processing and by the incomplete and inaccurate nature of the data transmitted. In particular, Euro Tiercé reserves the right to correct obvious errors in the storage and processing of results (e.g., errors related to the Player's identity, bets, prizes, odds, etc.).
12.9 In the event that Euro Tiercé is held liable in any way by a court and/or similar authority with legal powers and/or authority over Euro Tiercé, Euro Tiercé's liability will be limited to the amount of the stake or the Player's net winnings, whichever is lower. Alternatively, if applicable, the amount recorded in the Player Account or the amount transferred to or from the Player Account, whichever is lower.
12.10 Euro Tiercé may provide links to third-party websites (referred to as hyperlinks) or engage in commercial activities offered on third-party websites. However, Euro Tiercé is not able to control the content of these third-party websites, so accessing these websites is the sole responsibility of the Player. Euro Tiercé is in no way responsible for the content, availability, or legality of third-party websites. The Player acknowledges that Euro Tiercé is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from access to or navigation on these third-party websites. The Player is responsible for finding out about the conditions offered on third-party websites. Euro Tiercé is committed, however, to removing third-party websites by any means necessary if it is informed of their illegal nature. Complaints regarding this can be sent to the following email address: email@example.com.
12.11 In the event that Euro Tiercé is held liable for the Player's failure to meet their obligations under the General Terms and Conditions, legal provisions, and applicable legislation, Euro Tiercé may pursue the Player as a guarantor.
12.12 In case of a breach of the General Terms and Conditions by the Player, the Player must indemnify Euro Tiercé against all claims from third parties and bear all losses, costs, or damages resulting from them.
Article 13 - Data Protection
13.1 Unless prohibited by law, the Player consents to the use and computer-assisted processing of the data provided during the registration process. When processing this data, Euro Tiercé complies with applicable data protection laws. All or part of the data is processed automatically. The data will not be transmitted to third parties without the Player's prior written consent, unless such transmission is legally authorized or required. The Player is also aware that the data provided may be stored and used after the account is closed, as long as it is necessary for retention purposes and processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
13.2 Euro Tiercé has the right to store and process login data, especially source and destination IP data and all other log files, for the operation of the website's services and/or legitimate interests (e.g., protecting its own server and third-party servers). Euro Tiercé also has the right to process non-personal data for statistical purposes.
